Hello to everyone. In the match family practice says it has about 600 unfilled positions. Does this means that they are going to remain unfilled or those positions become filled later on. Thanks in advance.

Typically those programs are able to scramble and recruit to fill those open positions so even though on match day there were 600 open, I doubt there are that many open by now.

Jim,

How good did it feel when you changed your sig? I am sooo envious and as a rad hopeful will be bugging the hell out of you (and pags and WBC) over the next four years!

Yeah, don't forget about Voxel, he's talked rads up more than I have. As for the signature, it feels so so good to be done. It still feels a little unreal that I'm now officially a doctor but I'm so glad that I'm done. I won't be truly doing rads for another year as I have the transitional year to complete, but feel free to ask me any questions, especially concerning the programs in Michigan as well as a few of the others in the Midwest. Good luck.

•USSDfiant, how about me? •••••Damn, sorry Voxel, it must have been a brain fart! Recently someone was kind enough to send me your awesome posting about radiology and I will be referring to it often over the next few years. I hope that I will be able to use you guys as a resource as I start my medical education and that one day will be able to call you my colleagues!
