Hi everyone,
Just a post to let you know about the Phuket Animal Welfare Service, where I did my final clinical placement in October this year. PAWS is a brilliant charity, and as a student on placement there you get to do a lot of surgery, under the supervision of three lovely vets. PAWS ask you to fundraise 100 pounds sterling per week of your placement to help support their charity, which has to operate on quite a shoe string! So start fundraising early! Also, they prefer to have final year students.
