Financial Aid for Kaplan review

I was wondering if anyone had information about filling out the application for financial assistance for the Kaplan classroom review. There are a couple of parts I'm a bit confused about (like, where it says to mail in the form with a deposit...what deposit??) Also, does anyone have any experience with these guys? I was planning on just studying by myself, but saw the form and was like, hey, couldn't hurt.
