So right now with my current situation, I am about to start my junior year of college as a biomedical engineering major. Due to my schedule I have had a hard time fitting all my medschool pre-reqs in. I still need both Ochem labs and bio2 lab. I can take one Ochem lab 1 in the spring. But, I plan to apply to medical school in the spring. Is it ok if I finish the BioII lab and OchemII lab during senior year first semester, or do they want these grades on the application. I wanted to do them next summer, but I think I want to do the Engineering World Health program so that won't be an option. What do you all think?

As long as you finish pre-requisites before you matriculate at medical school, you will be fine. You should list them as "future courses" on the AMCAS application. Your required final transcript will prove you completed them.

Yeah I'm in the same boat as you, I'm taking Physics II and Ohem II lab in the spring of my senior year.
