First Aid Step 1 for Step II

As I am making my first pass through UWORLD Step 2, I've noticed a very large percentage of questions can be answered directly from FA for Step 1. What do you guys think about using FA step 1 for step 2 prep? Are certain sections high yield and worth reviewing for step 2?

I reviewed the clinically relevant material in Step 1 FA. Biostats, drugs and organ system path were fairly high yield. I can go through FA very quickly though
