First Aid STEP 1 headings list

Hello!

I am trying to compile a spreadsheet that is a list of every topic heading in First Aid for STEP 1 so I can hyperlink my notes by topic to refer to later. Does anyone know if a list like this exists out there? An old First Aid would be fine too! I am hoping to not have to do it out of my book manually :-\

To be clear, I have the book already- It is not that I am trying to get a copy. I just want a detailed "index" of the headings on each page.

This seems painful and inefficient? .....In FA they have pages to write notes
