First Aid USMLE Step1 2003vs 2002vs2000

I found a couple usmle books by first aid on sale online

2003 is selling for $40
2002 for $20
2000 for $15

Can anyone tell me the difference between the books and if it's worth the price difference? Is 2003 much better than 2002? Thanks in advance,

I have the 2002 and 2003 editions. The only difference between the two that I've noticed is that the 2003 edition has more color images along with BW images that are like those on the exam. The 2003 edition also has more review topics....the mnemonics are pretty much the same for both editions.

I'd just buy the 2003 edition just because it has more review products and more images to look at.
