First MCAT score vs Actual MCAT score

Was wondering how different your first MCAT Score (first practice test with no/little preparation) usually compares to your actual MCAT Score after alot of preparation??

Diagnostic 484 Kaplan. Just finished content review. Did FL2 497. Goal is to do 15+ FL's within next 1,5 months and get on average steady 505-507 Kaplan. Then go on real test and get at least same 507. If I do this that will be a total of +23 up. But to be honest when I took Diagnostic I was really rusty and unprepared.
