FM in California

I am a FMG looking at FM residencies in California. Does anyone know which are the better ones? Or are they all pretty much the same in quality?

Does anyone also know that if I want to practice in CA eventually, which other states can I do my residency in so that I can qualify for a CA licence without spending another 2 years there?
(Please correct me if I am wrong ... I am assuming that to practice in CA, I will need a Licence from the Medical Board of California... and to do that, I will need to be in California for 2 years?)

All the ACGME FM programs in California are good. Some are regarded as the best in the US. Look for programs in the area of California in which you wish to practice.

I don't know about the residency requirements, but you'll need to be licensed to practice in California.
