Follow up imaging Adenoid cystic

Any one have any thoughts on the need for post treatment imaging for ACC of the submandibular salivary gland s/p resection with adjuvant XRT for +SM and +PNI. PET? MRI? Just follow up with clinical exam?

Agree with MRI as the modality. Only way you're going to catch the PNI. Somewhat up to you on frequency of it.

Clinical exam and chest x-ray.

Chest imaging important. These do met to lung (and sometimes spine/bone)

even you "catch" a BOS recurrence with an MRI, it would not be curable. So, I would not do MRI.
