Hey guys -
Not sure if this is the right place for this or not but.....
I have a second copy of this I am trying to sell for a reasonable price. It is brand new - I purchased it at the AAOMS meeting for $500 and have since received a free copy. Make me a decent offer here or PM me - I know I won't recoup the entire cost but the book is still shrink wrapped and completely untouched.
