The perceived short-term benefit is not without its price. I think the number of people abusing amphetamines would be far lower had enough of you had introductory neuroscience classes or at least extensively read about down-regulation of dopamine transporters. There are other stimulants that are OTC with far less potential to damage the CNS (from what I've read). They're structurally quite similar to amphetamines, but I will say no more.

Im pulling an all nighter now for an exam at 8am, i got a big bowl of trail mix, usually keeps me busy for hours
 
Push Ups!

Everytime you get tired, or cant sit still anymore and cant concentrate, do about 20-25 push ups.
