What are my chances of getting into Iowa if I'm an in-stater with a 3.2 gpa, 25 MCAT, and in the process of obtaining clinical and research experience?

What about DMU (osteopathic medicine)?

Quick and easy answer, not very good.
Avg accepted is a 3.7, 30-31 with solid EC's, often including clinical, research, volunteering, leadership, etc. Obviously there is some leeway for instate applicants, but I think both your MCAT and GPA are too low, a 3.5 and a 27 is what I would call questionably low.
