Just a heads up. I recently learned that my Florida prepaid college plan is not only valid for private colleges, but also graduate schools. My parents paid 6,000 for the tuition plan and 7,000 for the dorm plan. However, I am getting 18,000 towards tuition and 3300/semester for housing due to the current tuition and housing rates. it definitely adds up and is much better than just cashing out the plan. Hopefully this helps out some of you guys

Great heads up! I'm using my prepaid plan as well to help pay for whatever amount I'm not taking loans on. Definitely suggest it to help reduce the amount of interest you'd accrue from loans
