What exactly are Burr Holes used for? Thx in advance.

You can use them to relieve excess intracranial pressure from accumulating fluid. Other than that I dont know.

That would have been my response. Burr holes are also often made to mark the corners/edges of bone flaps, I believe, when doing craniotomes. I have no first hand knowledge of this, however.
