Just wanted to post these two documents--I found them very helpful! I know the first one has already been posted somewhere in this forum, but I figured there's no harm in posting it again. The second document was written by professors at Barnard College in New York, but much of their advice can (and should) be applied to all applicants.
Basically, these documents answer most questions that applicants have about Phd / PsyD programs (so it might be easier to read these first if you don't feel like searching through the threads for answers ).
Finally, here's a website with lots of helpful advice from someone who has applied to programs 3 times. Obviously, take it with a grain of salt. But the site has lots of useful information on the process of applying!

I hope this helps someone!
