In California, community colleges have agreements with the UC system that allow students to know exactly which classes transfer. I'm not sure if other states have this (for their respective CCs and public universities), but to anyone who has transferred from a CC, particularly a California CC, to an out of state school, did all of your classes transfer as expected (as they would to a UC or CSU according to assist)?

I'm asking this because there are some schools in California that I know I will not be admitted to, some that don't have my desired major, some that are just ****, etc. I'm interested in out of state schools for that reason, but transferring out of state may require me to take more courses if they don't transfer properly. I'm just trying to make the smartest choice. I realize that there will be very few people who can answer this question. Thanks in advance.
