Ok, here's how it went:
I interviewed in December and got put on hold in February.
Then i received the following email from them on May 15:
"The Committee on Admissions at the University of Cincinnati wishes to thank
you for your continuing interest in the College of Medicine and your
patience over the past several months. This year the admissions process has
been a very demanding one; however, we have now completed the review of all
applicants and would like to update you on your status.
You are currently in a special group of candidates who are rated for an
acceptance as soon as openings in the class occur. To date, we have
extended a sufficient number of offers to fill the class; however, we know
from past experiences that openings usually occur in the late spring and
early summer. Although the number of students accepted each summer varies
and we never guarantee an acceptance, we anticipate additional offers will
be made after May 15th. Please be assured that we will contact you as
quickly as possible if there is any change in your status.
For your convenience, you may notify us of your continuing interest in the
University of Cincinnati by visiting the status page of your UC application
by visiting the site below.

Then today, i got the call. (Everything is reflected online).
