I am currently working as a pharmacist, and taking non traditional pharmD class in the US. Does anyone know that if you finish the non-traditional pharmD here, this would be considered finish school in the US and you will no longer need FPGEC?

Yes, all of my friends who are foreign pharmacists and finished a non - traditional pharmacy school in the US, working as registered pharmacists in the US. You dont have to obtain FPGEC anymore.
