one can understand the complaints being raised by US grads on this issue. I might had similar reaction if this was happening in my country. But i guess its only the deficit of medical grads and residency seats which gives IMG's a chance on US medical residency seats. Please let me know if other factors are also playing role here.

Also is the fact everyone across the world consider US a land of opportunity. Thus IMG's from so many countries try their chance.
