Foreign veterinary Lic. the other way

We always here about getting licensed in the US after going to school oversea's. Is there a single unified lic. exam for US grads for working in the EU?

If so, do all EU countries participate? I've done some preliminary google searches "Practicing Vet. Medicine in Europe" ect., but far too much clutter.

Any one know?
