I'd assume that it's easier coming out of a U.S. med school and practicing in the U.S. than it is if you were coming from a foreign med school.

if you have done your training (ie, post medical school/residency training) in the US, you should have no problem getting a job.

Family practice is not considered very competitive at most programs so if you completed medical school outside of the US, it still shouldn't be hard to find a residency position.
