Hi all,
I have an interest in and have been accepted into both a clinical forensic and clinical health psychology program, but have no idea which program to choose. It would be ideal to combine both areas and serve as a health psychologist in a forensic setting (i.e. working with the court system evaluating patients, serving as a consultant etc.). With that in mind, I figure it's more realistic to obtain the health psychology training and segue into forensics than vice versa. From your experience what do you think? Is that common? Realistic? Lucrative? I've heard from some the money is in forensic consulting, and from others the money is in neuropsych. (part of my health psych. training). Any input you can provide would be MOST appreciated!
Many thanks!
