I was wondering if any DO students have been able to do fourth year rotations in the UK. If so, how did you go about it? Did your school set it up for you or you had to do it yourself? Any details will be very helpful since I am interested in spending some time there in my fourth year.

As a DO student are we approved or credited in UK? I would love to do a 4th year rotation there too. I see no posts?

I Believe most of the UK allows DO's to practice.

As far as setting them up, it is likely you will be on your own, pending the approval of the school administrators for the site you choose. You would probably be better off just doing an elective or two, rather than your whole fourth year.
