FP Doc doing cosmetic derm

Anybody know of anyone doing this, who happens to be successful? There is huge money in laser therapy and botox- and I believe you can become certified via weekend seminars, etc. Im interested to know if you all think this could add income and marketability to a fp private practice? Is this realistic?

It's possible, provided you have the appropriate patient base and are able to market it correctly. It's not quite as simple as, "If you buy it, they will come."
