Also depends on the med student. Those who soak things up quicker spend less time, those who need to review and rewrite everything multiple times take longer. Also depends on whether the student is shooting for a particular grade, honors, etc, or satisfied just doing decently.
So there is not going to be a single answer you can assume will apply to you -- you figure it out on your own. For most med students, there is some free time each day during weeks where an exam isn't imminent, but a lot less than college. And there will be very few weekends where you can expect not to do at least some studying, and quite a few where you will be holed up with the books.
