D3 student, might be showing signs of carpel tunnel. Currently doing physical therapy since they are in consistent pain/numbness.

Hows long term looking?

Not great. You might not be able to get disability ins... or it’s gonna be high

lol CTR literally takes like 5 minutes. Small procedure. I believe protocol would be EMG - straight to near 100% relief from carpal tunnel release surgery. Can try conservative management, but from what I've seen CTR works like a charm.

have you had it done?
 
I would aggressively research/pursue physical therapies before letting a surgeon near my wrists. Surgery should be last resort.
