Not this year, evms isn't. they are accepting more out of staters becua seof budget cuts and i thinkt hat they have 2 witlists- out of state and in state. i am in state and itn eh top third of the waitlist and haven't heard anything yet bui i know of people from the middle third of the out of state waitlist who are getting accepted. so if you are out of state and applied to evms, this is your year.
