FTD working with a limited license in Massachusetts

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to know if there was anyone here currently working in MA with a limited license. How easy is it to find a job with the license? Are the community health centres like rural areas? Are there restrictions on working with a limited license aside not being able to work in a private setting? how much do they generally pay one with a limited license?
