Fujifilm Persona C and CS c-arm systems; thoughts and opinions?

I'm going to consider these units. Any thoughts or opinions for pain management procedures? Costs?

Those two models were recently mentioned in a thread about C-Arms. From what I can remember, nobody really had any experience with them but from the specs, they looked promising.
