High-volume Peer Review group performing Peer Review primarily for Workers Compensation utilization requests is looking for medical school graduates to perform chart reviews and provide written summaries.
Candidates need to be:
A medical school graduate (licensing not necessary).
Available to work full-time in Encino office.
Be articulate for verbal discussion with Board-Certified multispecialty peer review Physician Advisors.
In possession of excellent computer skills in order to work with paperless filing system, evidence based guideline software, as well as web-based searches to identify evidence based guidelines criteria for medical necessity of utilization requests.
In possession of excellent typing skills (minimum of 60 words per minute, accurate)
