I own a couple of properties in Miami Beach, Downtown area, Brickell and while the previous years I have been here myself and friends come visit, the following year I will have to spend more time in Boston so the units will be empty. I also understand that you guys have rotations and making a commitment to buy a house can be too overwhelming, this is why I would like to offer my apartments for rent.
