funding the dent education for International dentists

Hi! Im new to the forum. Have taken the nbe 1 and am studying for the second. What i'm worried about is that even if i do get into dental school..."god only knows how" How do i go about amassing the sum of freakin 100000 dollars for tuition???
Does anyone have information for h-4 dependents to find a loan?
