So the number for the relocation office is 1-800-444-7789

The number on my orders was 1-800-444-7759. That number does in fact lead you to a sex line. At first I thought maybe it was just a new physician bonus, but a double check insured me that it was a typo.

ask for an ORD-MOD. You shouldn't get in trouble (but probably would) because your current command, OIS, won't release you. At least that's the way its supposed to work.
