Does it look really bad to completely change the coursework you are taking and not take some of the courses you listed as future coursework? I want to change to a related life science major because I found that I tend to do well in the classes that are needed to finsih it
Is it also true that AMCAS will not change any future coursework listed?

I don't think it really matters if you change what courses you listed as future courses. It would be nice if you sent the medical schools you are applying to your updated transcripts so they can see what you ended up taking (if the GPA is good).
