I just found out that you can fax in extra request forms too. I'm sure everyone here already knows it, but I just found out from my cousin Google.

If anyone is interested, it's fax # 202-667-4963.

But aint the waiting time for them to do something is the same (3 weeks after payment)?
 
I dont know, that's what I heard. But, the form will be in before the deadline. According to the extra request form. They will send your money back if they receive it after the expiration date and void it. So, the way I see it, what's the harm? Say if you want to beat it by Feb 1., then snail mail doesnt necessarily guarantee it will get there by friday, even if it does, who is going to open it? Seeing as the fax # isnt even listed anywhere on the website, or even a contact number to call for questions, I dont think much people utilize their fax #.
