If you enroll in a civilian residency program after separating and have 100% post 9/11 G.I. Bill benefits, does the V.A. consider a tuition based residency as "Education and Training" or "On the job training" or something else? Also, same question for C.E. courses.

So, if you were to enroll in a civilian residency, the max benefit would for a public school be: all tuition will be paid directly + E5 w dependent BAH? What about for a residency that has tuition but also gives a stipend?
