To all GA-PCOMers...

I'll be attending next fall and was wondering where most students live. I am planning on renting a condo or an apartment not far from the school....10 mins away max.

Please direct me to a list of places where most of the students live out there.

The Preserve at Legacy Park Apts
900 Legacy Park Dr
Lawrenceville, 30043

I like this place, and it takes me about 12 minutes to get to school.

DO NOT go to Sterling Riverside Apts, they suck.

I am at Sugarmill Apartments. Drive time to school is about 11 minutes.

Aylesbury Farms in Duluth. Drive time is about 30 minutes but I like the area quite a bit.

I live at 5375 Sugarloaf Parkway (yes the address is the actual name of the apartment complex). This apt complex has a free wash and dry service, free breakfast every morning and about 15 GA-PCOM students currently reside here. 5375 is about 5 mins from the school if that. If you decide to visit and eventually sign a lease tell them Tiffany Sanders referred you and I will give you $150 cash upon your move in date. IM if you have any other questions.
