Hi everyone,

In regards to GCHEM content for the DAT, is Kaplan (online course + book) and Destroyer sufficient? (I also have achiever + topscore for practice). I am realistically aiming for a 21-22 for Gchem...it is def NOT my best subject.

All of your input is of course greatly appreciated :) ...particually those who have taken the exam already.

Thanks!!

Yes it should cover all the material. But if you aren't doing so well on the questions from destroyer I would advise you to get a tutor.

I thought both Kaplan and Destroyer gchem were much more difficult than the real thing.

If you learn all the material in those two sources, you'll do well on the real thing.

Keep in mind, on the real test, you won't have to do so many calculations. You'll set up the fractions, but you won't actually have to go through the calculations.
