Does anyone know when the MCAT asks a question about geometry, does it mean electronic geometry or shape. On my last test it asked for geometry of a certain molecule but I wasn't sure which one they wanted.

For example: the electronic geometry of NH3 is tetrahedral and but the shape is trigonal pyramidal...so what exactly does the word "geometry" mean in the context of this test?.....thanks!

they mean shape (trigonal pyramidal) unless otherwise stated

this question should be in MCAT study question Q&A
