The most comprehensive list is available through FREIDA (Fellowship and Residency Electronic Database). http://www.ama.assn.org/freida
You can customize the list to specialty and geographical area; each face/home page for each program should list the length of the program. In general, most community programs do not require research/lab years and some university programs do. Many university programs fall somewhere in between - not required but suggested (often times you will not know this information unless you directly ask the program). If you are required to do lab years, be warned that most require at least TWO years (not just one), as it is difficult to accomplish anything substantial and get it published within 1 lab year.
Hope this helps.
