GenSurg SubI or another ENT SubI

Hi, I'm trying to schedule my fourth year right now and am debating whether to do a gen-surg Sub-I at my home institution or to do another away ENT Sub I (I already scheduled one for earlier). I am hoping to get LORs out of the rotations, so I guess ultimately the question is if a home institution Gen-surg LOR or ENT LOR from another institution is better for my chances of matching in ENT.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I'd do the ENT one. Better networking, plus you get an ENT referrence. ENT isn't that big of a community, and academic ENT even less so. People know each other.
