Georgetown People - Did 19 people really transfer from there?

Hi,

Sorry to post a pre-allo q on this board...but I haven't heard any answers on the other board.

I heard 19 people transferred from Gtown last year. Is that true? If so, do you know why? I'm trying to get an answer out of someone who actually goes there cause I don't want to base my decision on whether to attend there on a rumor. Thanks, Dave

last year as in 2002-2003? or last year as in 2003-2004? are you talking about 19 people who transferred out of ONLY one class? and are you including people who are repeating a year, taking a year off, etc, and as such, will not be returning with their class the next year, but will, in fact, be returning to gtown? i'm a 1st year at gtown, and i'm pretty sure that 19 people have NOT transferred out of my class... i think a handful decided to take a year off a couple of months into classes, but to my knowledge, my class has not had 19 people transfer out of gtown to another school. i cannot, however, speak for any other classes...
