Georgetown students - weekly schedule??

GUSOM's website has links to weekly schedules for M1s and M2s. They look like they're literally packed 9-5 Monday through Friday. That's a lot of class time! 🙂 Is this right, or are some of the afternoon sessions split up so that not everyone will attend every day? How long is the typical day at Gtown, anyway?

Well the first month is a bit hectic since thats when u start taking anatomy. You are in lab 3 days out of the week so it does take up a bit of your time. After that you in are in class on most days til 12 or 1. And on certain days, you will have to do small group work which will be about 1-2 hours. Second year i hear they are out by 2 most days so the schedule isn't too bad for the most part. or you you can be like me and not go to class at all 🙂 👍 .

Some are mandatory and some are optional. Labs and non-science calsses are usually mandatory. Straight up science lectures are optional. And when they have tues/thurs with the same thing late in the day, it is usually one or the other.
