Hi guys , I've got a difficult question for you
I'm a dental student on my 4^ year in Italy and I'm considering to get a MD degree in USA
I know that dentists willing to specialize in oral surgery can actually get a MD after attending a medical school for 2 years but it's part of the 6 ( or 4 ? ) years of specialization.
Is it also possible for someone who got his Doctor of Dental Surgery in a foreign country without specializing in oral surgery ?
Will it take 2 years or 4 ?
I really like dentistry , but my dream was to work in an ER !
Thank you so much ,
Marco.
