Getting a LOR from a Graduate TA

I'm probably going to be applying in Texas. I didn't really make much of an effort to get to know my teachers before junior year (kinda late), and as I am a business major, it might be hard to get a science LOR. I only have one more science class before I apply. What do you guys think I should do?
