ok i know theres a great old grand book by kenneth iverson md about getting into a residency...but i wanted to hear from you the medical students..what really goes into deciding where you "match" aside from USMLES...i know people say you can buff up your chances by doing a rotation in the speciality you may want to do at the teaching hospital you want to do your residency at...can anyone shed some more light?
