Other OT-Related Information Gift for Letter of Rec Writer?

I turned in all of my applications last month and I was wondering if I should include a small $10 gift card to starbucks along with a thank you note and give that to my professors who wrote me letters of recommendation? Would this is an appropriate or inappropriate gift?

I don't want anything to be awkward in case I need another copy of the letters for the next cycle and I thought I would ask for advice!
