Just curious what other places are charging patients for various procedures.

At NYU:
PFM crown: 620
CD, max/man: 700/650
RCT, molar: 525
2-surf posterior composite composite: 110
Prophy: 70
SRP, quadrant: 90

In not in dental school yet but I always thought that it was dependent on the patients income.

Could be a good comparison :
(Canadian fees)

University of Montreal :
PFM crown : 475
CD. Max 265. Mand 265. (Both for 385).
RCT. Molar 3 canals : 370.
2 surf posterior composite-composite (molar) : 80
Prophy : 70
SRP quadrant : 75

So yeah, PFM crown, complete dentures and RCT are (way) cheaper here. And at least 50% cheaper than private practice. We still have trouble finding some patients in different fields (!)

I don't know if we're allowed to give out our fee schedule like this, but I can say that Penn's fee schedule is very similar to NYU's given by Vapor1122. Our complete dentures are a bit cheaper, however.
