Global Health MPH career advice

Hey,
So I graduated with my MPH in Global Health. So far, most agencies that are interested in employing me place me in an office in some regional headquarters. Any suggestions how I can get out in the field? I may as well have just joined the Peace Corps, there doesn't seem to be much opportunity for the stand-alone MPH.

What school did you graduate from? Can your career services department offer you some help or advices?
It depends of where exactly you want to work but you should check out international organizations like the UN, WHO and CDC also has some jobs abroad.
